We are pleased to offer free Australian delivery on all orders over $100 using Express Australia Post.

For orders under $100, we charge a flat rate of $10 using Express Australia Post (unless it is an Instagram special offer).

Orders placed before 2pm AEST (business days) will be received between 1-3 working days for metro areas, and between 2-5 working days for regional areas.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (working days only). If your order is placed during the weekend, it will be dispatched the following working day.

Express Post is generally a signature required service. This means that the postman/woman will generally leave a card at the front door or letterbox if you cannot sign for it, with instructions on where to collect the parcel.

If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation. If this method is chosen and your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please contact us if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer International shipping at a flat rate of $20 AUD. This is an air mail service without tracking. If you would like your item to be traceable please contact us for rates. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.

DELIVERY

The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provide. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us immediately at hello@ankoa.com.au.

We will attempt to update any incorrect order details, however due to the fast turnaround of our orders, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
